Abuse: is physical abuse the same as verbal abuse?

I think not!!! Domestic violence is a big money maker here in Wisconsin. Everybody knows of child support but did you know a man can be charged for abuse when he raises his voice to a woman. That's too crazy but this is actually a violation of ones freedom of speech!!! Wow a nation wide SCAM hidden behind domestic abuse.
